License, Subscription, or Membership

What you get includes a license, subscription, or membership directly from the author to use that item. Items are subject to specific terms of use, and these terms are the ‘license’ that we set on Smart Trading Robots. Different licenses, subscriptions, or membership types are available for you to choose from when you have selected an item. You’ll need to think about the way you want to use the item so that you can pick the right license, subscription, or membership to allow that use. It’s your responsibility to choose the correct one.
Due to the nature of software, once you have received, installed, and/or used the software, your purchased item becomes your property. We sell digital software that we believe is of the highest quality and sophistication, but personal preferences do vary and are not our responsibility. In the case that your software is defective or damaged, we will exchange the product for the same software.
Shipping Terms
We sell digital software. Due to the nature of digital software products, once you have completed your payment you will receive immediate access to your product for download.
Payment Terms
Smart Trading Robots offers payments via Paypal and Coinbase Commerce. Lifetime license-based products, digital products, or settings files can be purchased with Paypal or Coinbase Commerce. Subscription-based products and Membership-based products can only be purchased with Paypal. Subscriptions and Memberships are activated by Paypal. Should you wish to cancel a subscription or membership product please follow the available channels on Paypal.
Refund Terms
Given the nature of downloadable digital products and software, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under Australian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.
For residents of the European Economic Area, the Right of Withdrawal applies to any purchase of digital software which requires a download and which has not been used for 14 days after purchase.
Upon purchase, you acknowledge your Right of Withdrawal is waived when you license your digital software for your MetaTrader account number (demo or live) or otherwise download the digital software. For any other digital content, product, or service, your right of withdrawal has been waived upon purchase.
Due to the nature of Cryptocurrencies, no refunds will be allowed for any purchase made through Coinbase Commerce on Smart Trading Robots.
Licensing
Each software license purchase, subscription, or membership can be licensed on 1 live trading account according to the purchase license type made. There is no time limit on adding your licensed accounts.
Demo Accounts
Our EA’s has the capability to function on demo accounts without activating your license. This function is intended to allow customers to test the EA’s on demo accounts and the MetaTrader Strategy Tester without financial risk.
EA Logic
Our EA’s use the same trading strategy for back-testing, forward-testing, and live trading.
Software Requirements
All of our software requires MetaTrader from Metaquotes to run. MetaTrader is a free trading platform offered by hundreds of forex brokers. By purchasing our digital software you agree that you already have or will install MetaTrader. MetaTrader is primarily a Windows program but can be installed on other operating systems like Mac OS and Linux using virtualization.
Ownership of EA Trading Software and Other Developments
All of the intellectual property associated with EA trading robot software sold on Smart Trading Robots remain the ownership of Smart Trading Robots. All EA trading robot software or special projects developed by Smart Trading Robots in the future will remain in their full ownership unless otherwise agreed upon.
Robots cannot be run from mobile phones or tablets. Our software requires a personal computer, laptop, or a VPS running the Windows operating system. By purchasing you are acknowledging you have one of these to use the software.
